Payment Policy

To secure your booking, your credit card details (Visa or Master) are required, usually within 24 hours from date of provisional booking via Traveller's Corner (once you receive confirmation that there is room availability via email).

To secure yor instant booking, submitting of your credit card details is necessary upon your booking. 

Once we receive your booking, we will send you our availability- or booking confirmation, usually latest within 24 hours. Please wait for your booking confirmation, print your booking voucher and you are ready to go!

Your booking payment will be charged upon check-in the hotel, payable either in cash or by accepted credit cards.

We may verify (pre-authorise) your credit card upon confirmation of your booking.

For bookings with NON-REFUNDABLE price offers the total booking price will be payable upon booking and will not be returned in case of modification, non-show or cancellation.


Booking of our Travel Insurance is optional. In order to issue the certificate, full payment of the travel insurance is necessary. Once we have charged the amount, we will issue your insurance certificate which you can print out from your booking page.


Cancellation Policy

In the event of notification of cancellation, the following cancellation fee will be applied on the full booking: 

  • If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
  • If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Check-out: 12pm

Early check-in and late check out are possible on request. For your early check in, please add your prefered check-in time on your booking at "Travellers Special Request".
For your late check-out, please contact the reception desk

In both cases, participation is entirely at your discretion and you are provided facility to opt out of these surveys if you request.

5. We also collect aggregate information - non-identifiable traveler information - none of which is associated with you as an individual. This information is used to improve our service, such as by tracking which pages on our web site are the most popular.
6. Every precaution is taken by us to protect our user's information. When users submit sensitive information via the website, their information is protected both online and off-line.
7. When our reservation order form asks users to enter sensitive information (such as credit card number), that information is encrypted and is protected with encryption software - SSL.
8. While we use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also do everything in our power to protect user-information off-line. All of our user's information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, our billing clerk or a customer service representative) are granted access to personally identifiable information. Furthermore, all employees are kept up-to-date on our security and privacy practices.
9. The servers that store personally identifiable information are maintained in a secure environment, in a locked facility.
